INTERNATIONAL EVENT DESIGNER EXPO is India’s First Ever B2C Exhibition, and Conferences & Awards for Event Planners. A joint venture of National Academy of Media & Events and IIMTF, this expo is a 13 days of grand event which will witness 100+ Event Planners across the country showcasing more than 1,000+ innovative concepts, new trends to 2 lakhs plus attendees during in East India’s events hub, Kolkata.

OBJECTIVE

The Event Industry is growing leaps & bounds year after year, but alongside, the competition of Client Sharing Ratio is also growing drastically due to evolvement of new Event aspirants. Also it has been observed that there are clients and aspirants who are confused between Event Concept Designing and Vendor oriented services which makes the business environment unorganised. To eradicate the challenge of finding clients and unwanted barriers between client and Event Planners we have come up with the Idea of EDEX, a solution of all needs under one umbrella where the Event Planners, will be associated with the power players of the industry, while also increasing exposure and making brand more familiar to decision makers with huge budgets for corporate and private affair. This will help to position an event planner as a leader in the field and a trusted concept provider that a client will choose for years to come.

Inauguration of the International EDEX and Opening ceremony Talk Show with who’s who of the Industry followed by Stage Performances. Closing Ceremony on the Christmas Day Evening with Talk Show, International ED Awards , Networking and Gala Dinner.

The Conference is a part of International EDEX where more than 50 Talk Shows & Seminars by 100+ top speakers from all over India will interact with the audience about the Event Industry. Everyday is going to be a new experience for both the exhibitors and the audience as we will have fresh topics to talk and discuss about.
